Hey, my name is Peter and I specialize in helping you who want to maximize performance on HYROX with individual coaching. 
I love HYROX both as a sport and as a training concept. I completed my first race 2018 and have raced several times after that. I still try to race as often I can, but more than anything, I love to coach and inspire athletes who want to finish their first HYROX or to maximize performance and beat their PB. I have been working with fitness & health for over 20 years and specifically with HYROX athletes for almost 3 years with great results. 

I have a degree in Sport Science and I'm a certified PT, Nutritionist, Running Coach and Yoga instructor. I'm now lucky to be working as a HYROX Ambassador for the Nordics so I can help to spread this amazing event.

HYROX COACHING

With Hyrox Coaching, we always start with a coaching call (video/tel) where we'll find out exactly where you're at, what goals you want to achieve so that I can create a perfect plan that aligns with your goals, life situation and preferences. It's my mission as your coach to put a plan together specifically for you that is motivating, sustainable, challenging, but yet simple to follow.

HYROX Programming is for you who don't need coaching but want a training program to follow. Even though the program isn't individually made, my goal is to create programs that help you make significant progress and programs that are sustainable, challenging, and designed to bring you step by step closer to your HYROX goals.

HYROX RUN CLUB

It's super fun and motivating to train with others. In this group we will plan all sessions with intervals that suits EVERYONEâšĄïžand we will end most sessions with a fun, short HYROX inspired workout. 

This group is not only for you who are training for a Hyrox, but for everyone who wants to become a stronger and better runner, get new inspiration and meet other runners.
