With Fit For Life Coaching Program, you'll get...

Fit For Life is a 12-week individualized coaching program, which will give you all the tools you need to be able to achieve your fitness & health goals. With this coaching program, I try to shift the goals away from being just about weight loss or body image to instead to feel good, for your mental health, to get stronger and fitter and to feel more energised, focused and productive.

Coaching

All the coaching, accountability, support, structure and motivation you need for guaranteed results. 

Training Program

A personalized training program based on your needs, goals, preferences and accessibility to equipment.

A resistance band for home training is always included in the coaching.  

Nutritional Guidlines

Nutritional guidelines based on your needs, goals and preferences and delicious and healthy recipes. 

Goal Setting

Support with setting goals and creating daily habits designed to accommodate your life and routines.

Check-ins

Regular check-ins with your coach to make sure everything is going well. We will make adjustments to the program whenever needed to ensure that you keep making progress. 

App

To make everything as easy as possible for you, you'll be be able to follow and track everything in the program in our great app.

Bonus Material

It's so important to get the whole family onboard on a project like this one. If you have kids, they will get free access to all Superkids material which includes workout videos, training programs and lots of other motivational tools.

Small Group Training

It's so motivating working out with other people with similar goals and a trainer. A trainer will also ensure that you do all exercises with a correct technique. 

As an addition to the coaching program, you will, if you're interested, be able to join Small Group training sessions once a week for a small cost.

COACHING CALL

For me to understand exactly what you as an individual need, we always start with a coaching call (Zoom or Tel) where we'll find out exactly where your starting point is, what goals you want to achieve so that we can create a perfect plan for you.

THE PROGRAM

If we during the coaching call think we are a great fit, then we'll together create a plan that aligns with your goals, life situation and preferences to ensure guaranteed results. It's my mission as your coach to put a plan together specifically for you that is motivating, sustainable, challenging, but yet simple to follow. You'll be able to follow and track everything with your personal app.

CHECK-INS

Communication is key to success. We will have regular check-ins to make sure everything is going well and I'm always available by chat or email if you have any questions.
