With this 2-week program, you'll get workouts to help you build strength, fix weaknesses & imbalances, and improve your performance as a runner. It will also help you recover faster and reduce the risk of getting injured. 


The yoga workouts in this program are meant to fit in perfectly with your existing training schedule. For every workout, you'll get a follow-along video and you will be able to follow your program both online and in our great app.
