Hey, my name is Peter and I specialize in helping you who want to maximize performance on HYROX with individual coaching and programming.
I love HYROX both as a sport and as a training concept and completed my first race 2018 and have raced several times after that. I still try to race as often I can, but more than anything, I love to coach and inspire athletes whether you’re a beginner or chasing podiums.
I have a background as a Physical Education teacher and hold a degree in Sport Science and I'm a certified HYROX Performance Coach, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Running Coach and Yoga instructor. I've been working with fitness & health for 20+ years and specifically with HYROX athletes for over 4 years with great results. I'm now also fortunate to be able to work as a HYROX Ambassador for the Nordics and Educator, helping to spread knowledge about this fantastic training and competition concept.
Everybody has different needs. That's why we create personalized coaching plans designed to address your specific challenges and goals. My aim is to always design a program that is sustainable, challenging, and takes you step by step closer to your goals.
With 20+ years in sports science and coaching and specifically with HYROX athletes for over 4 years, you get personalized structured, evidence-based programming that actually works. Focus is on consistency and sustainable improvement, and you will learn how to pace, fuel, and execute your race for your best possible result.
Individual Coaching is for you who want to take your training and performance to the next level and reach your full potential. It’s for both beginners who want to be fully prepared for their first race, and for experienced athletes who want to maximize performance, hit a new PB, and qualify for the World Championships.
With individual coaching, we always start with a coaching call (video/phone), where we discuss your goals, needs, and current situation, as well as how I work and how I can help you.
Once we decide to move forward and choose the right setup, I will create a fully tailored program based on your individual conditions, goals, and preferences. My aim is to design a program that is sustainable, challenging, and takes you step by step closer to your goals.

I help gyms with workshops and education for instructors or gym members. I tailor each workshop to your gym’s specific needs and goals.
A typical workshop might include...

With this Group Coaching, we periodize your training to ensure you peak for the Nordic events throughout the year. Your training focus will depend on where you are in the season and how far away your next race is. You can join the program at any time, and if you have a different goal, I will of course help you adapt the plan.
Right now, the focus is on HYROX Oslo (September 25–27), and after Oslo we directly shift focus toward HYROX Stockholm in December.
The program is designed for 5 training days per week (approximately 6–7 hours), but it can easily be modified while still allowing you to make great progress. You will receive clear instructions on how to adjust the training inside the program. If you want to train 6 days per week, I’ll support you with that as well. My goal is to ensure your training program is sustainable, challenging, and takes you step by step closer to your goals, with clear level adjustments to suit most athletes.

It's super fun and motivating to train with others. In this group we will plan all sessions with intervals that suits EVERYONE⚡️and we will end most sessions with a fun, short HYROX inspired workout.
This group is not only for you who are training for a Hyrox, but for everyone who wants to become a stronger and better runner, get new inspiration and meet other runners.
